How to get there
The Natural Acuatic Park "Las Estacas" is located in kilometer 6.5 of the Tlaltizapán-Cuautla highway.
We open the 365 days of the year, from 8 to 18 hrs., and if you are spending the night, closing hour is 21 hrs. Please review the
MAP . In car, driving from Mexico City the best choice is to take Mexico-Acapulco highway up to Cuernavaca. Once in Cuernavaca, take the fourth exit Civac-Cuautla. From there continue to Yautepec, when you get there, turn right to Jojutla-Tlaltizapán. There are plenty of road signs to keep you on the right track.
Driving from Puebla.
If driving from Puebla, a good choice is to take Atlixco-Izúcar de Matamoros road; when you get there turn to Cuautla. Once there, the road will take you to
México-Cuautla toll road. In the first exit, just getting to Oaxtepec, turn to Cocoyoc where you will meet the road to Yautepec; when you get there, turn right to Jojutla-Tlaltizapán.
By bus.
If you plan to get there by bus, Pullman de Morelos
bus line departs from Mexicos City's south bus station (Taxqueña), saturdays, sundays
and official non-working days at 8 in the morning. For any other date or hour, Cristobal Colón bus line, which also departs from Taxqueña, takes you to Yautepec where you can get a taxi cab to drive you to Las Estacas (20 min.)
